Welcome to the forums.
Happy to answer your question but in future please show us the output of zmcontrol -v when posting, and also perhaps consider taking some time to Google the issue; this one in particular is not an uncommon problem.
The pretty green check marks and the ugly red X's in the Admin Console Status page are generated from system status entries interpreted in /var/log/zimbra.log on the logger host. They require the operating system's syslog service to be configure for Zimbra
My experience has been that some operating system updates remove Zimbra's syslog configurations, so running as root "/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmsyslogsetup && service rsyslog restart" on all of your Zimbra hosts is the more common solution.
The logger service may also not have restarted; so doing a "zmcontrol status" will confirm (or not).
Hope that helps,
Mark
