Probably not necessary given 9 is EOL this year. I left it in mine for those builds including version 8 but handle 10 differently.
Maldua's zimbra-foss-builder script does not support building 9.x but I'm not sure I'm going to fix that in the short term.

I think we have a some really good projects to get Zimbra FOSS built for those wanting to do so. Mine is more of a fun proof of concept if we could create something simpler to use than the documentation they have posted on how to build FOSS. Between your stuff and Ian's, I didn't want to duplicate those efforts which are excellent. It should build a similar tar image as what you build with the exception, the script should be able to build on any of the Zimbra supported platforms thanks to Ian. I use RHEL8 and have only tested against that. I also added a dry-run option so those using build.pl can see and compare what options it thinks they should use if they have their own method and want a sanity check.
